We’ve updated the way you can create packages to make using &frankly even smoother for you.
The updates we've made allow you to:
- Control who sees which packages via permissions. This includes granting privacy to managers, keeping drafts hidden and the ability for administrators to promote company packages.
- Find relevant packages through filters on last used, favourites, tags, search and ”sections” that group packages on topics. This makes navigating our packages a whole lot more intuitive.
- Tag packages and questions (e.g. “Wellbeing”, “Leadership”) – so you always know which one of our 7 drivers your package relates to.
- Define multiple languages for questions and packages, set exact timings on when questions in packages should go out during the week and so much more such as setting your own KPIs.
Speaking of KPIs, you can now create your own
As you know our KPI functionality is one of our key features. It’s a great way to keep track of how your team is doing over time.
With our updates, you can now create your own KPIs by yourself. When you create a new package, simply check off if you want to include the responses in your KPIs and the data will automatically be tracked.
That way you can track what matters most and stay agile when it comes to what data you want to look at.
Pick your own colours
Last but not least, we love colours at &frankly. That’s why we have so many of them built into our product. Until now, you haven’t been able to choose colours yourself. With our newest update, you finally can!
Millennial pink or mellow yellow, choose what suits your question (don’t worry, we’ve set some constraints when it comes to ensuring readability) and enjoy the rainbow.
